These 5-minute spicy peanut noodles are creamy, bold, and packed with flavor. The perfect quick lunch or dinner made from pantry staples—and totally vegan-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice

  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 12 tbsp hot water (to thin sauce)

  • Optional: scallions, peanuts, veggies, sesame seeds

Instructions
