These homemade air fryer pizza rolls are crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and filled with cheesy pizza flavor. Quick, customizable, and crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients

  • 12 egg roll or wonton wrappers
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni or cooked sausage (optional)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place a wrapper on a clean surface. Add 1–2 tsp sauce, cheese, and optional toppings.
  2. Fold like a burrito: bottom up, sides in, then roll. Seal edges with egg wash.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Lightly spray rolls with oil. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  6. Let cool 2–3 minutes before serving.
