Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles are quick, flavorful, and perfect for busy weeknights. Juicy seared chicken is tossed with noodles in a bold, sweet-savory garlic sauce that’s glossy, spicy, and completely craveable.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts, diced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 8 oz noodles (ramen, rice noodles, egg noodles)
  • 1 tbsp oil (for stir-frying)

Sticky Garlic Sauce:

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water + 1 tsp cornstarch (slurry)
  • 56 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes or 1 tsp sriracha
  • Optional: 1 tsp dark soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Cook noodles until al dente, rinse in cold water, and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients.
  4. Sear chicken in a hot skillet until golden and cooked. Remove.
  5. Pour sauce into the same pan, let thicken for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Add noodles and chicken back to the pan. Toss until everything is coated.
  7. Serve hot with scallions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Use tofu or veggies for a vegetarian version.
  • Add extra chili or garlic to taste.
  • Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days.
