Everything you love about a Big Mac—savory beef, tangy pickles, crispy lettuce, and creamy copycat special sauce—wrapped in a soft tortilla for a fast, cheesy handheld meal.

Ingredients

For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced white onion
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle chips

For the Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Pinch garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all special sauce ingredients in a bowl. Chill.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Drain fat.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave or oven.
  4. Spread special sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Add lettuce, cooked beef, cheese, onions, and pickles.
  6. Roll up tightly. Toast in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes if desired.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Customize with your favorite burger toppings. Wraps can be meal-prepped or served fresh.
