Spicy, cheesy flatbreads topped with shredded buffalo chicken, fresh vegetables, and a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Ingredients

1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
4 flatbreads (6–8 inches each)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for drizzling
Fresh chopped green onions, for garnish
Optional: celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Brush flatbreads with olive oil.

3. Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.

4. Spread mozzarella on flatbreads, add buffalo chicken.

5. Top with cheddar, onions, and peppers.

6. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.

7. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle green onions.

8. Serve immediately with optional celery sticks.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience; adjust spice level; assemble just before baking to keep flatbread crisp
