1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cubed
1 lb potato gnocchi
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan
2 oz cream cheese (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: parsley for garnish, red pepper flakes
Instructions
Season and sear chicken in oil until golden; set aside.
Pan-fry gnocchi in the same skillet until lightly browned.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan and cream cheese until smooth.
Return chicken and gnocchi to pan; toss to coat.
Simmer 2–3 minutes and serve garnished with parsley.
