  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 46 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder, parsley, Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chicken, salt, pepper, and any seasonings.
  3. Warm chicken through, then toss in cooked noodles.
  4. Stir until evenly coated. Add pasta water as needed to loosen.
  5. Serve hot, topped with herbs or cheese if desired.
