Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad in 30 Minutes is a creamy and satisfying dish with pasta, chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing served cold.

Ingredients

Scale

12 ounces rotini or penne pasta
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped and dried
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Cook and dice chicken if not already prepared.
  3. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Combine cooled pasta, chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes in a large bowl.
  5. Add dressing and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  6. Fold in Parmesan cheese evenly.
  7. Add croutons just before serving and mix lightly.
  8. Chill if needed and stir before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Keep croutons separate until serving to maintain crunch. If the salad appears dry after chilling, add a small amount of dressing or lemon juice before serving to refresh consistency.
