A creamy and hearty Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad combining pasta, seasoned chicken, crisp lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing for a balanced and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

12 ounces rotini or penne pasta
2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or cubed
3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and cool under water.
  2. Prepare chicken by seasoning and cooking until fully cooked, then slice or cube.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta and chicken.
  4. Add Caesar dressing and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Add romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes if using.
  6. Gently toss to combine without crushing the lettuce.
  7. Add croutons just before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

Store components separately if making ahead. Add croutons last to keep them crisp. Adjust dressing quantity based on preference.
