Creamy Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a rich and comforting dish with juicy chicken, a garlicky Parmesan sauce, and tender pasta. A family-friendly meal ready in under 30 minutes!
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
8 oz pasta
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup whole milk or half & half
¾ cup grated Parmesan
Optional: parsley, chili flakes
Cook pasta and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
Season and sear chicken in oil until golden and cooked. Remove.
In same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Add flour and whisk to form a roux.
Gradually add broth and milk; simmer to thicken.
Stir in Parmesan until melted.
Add pasta and chicken. Toss to coat. Serve hot.
Use gluten-free pasta/flour if needed
Add veggies like spinach or mushrooms
Store in fridge up to 4 days
Reheat with a splash of milk to keep creamy
