Creamy Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a rich and comforting dish with juicy chicken, a garlicky Parmesan sauce, and tender pasta. A family-friendly meal ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper

  • 8 oz pasta

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup whole milk or half & half

  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan

  • Optional: parsley, chili flakes

Instructions

  • Cook pasta and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water.

  • Season and sear chicken in oil until golden and cooked. Remove.

  • In same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic.

  • Add flour and whisk to form a roux.

  • Gradually add broth and milk; simmer to thicken.

  • Stir in Parmesan until melted.

  • Add pasta and chicken. Toss to coat. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free pasta/flour if needed

  • Add veggies like spinach or mushrooms

  • Store in fridge up to 4 days

  • Reheat with a splash of milk to keep creamy
