Chipotle ranch sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with spices and lime juice.
  2. Grill until fully cooked and lightly charred.
  3. Prepare chipotle ranch sauce.
  4. Warm tortillas.
  5. Add rice, beans, chicken, and toppings.
  6. Drizzle sauce and roll tightly.
  7. Toast lightly in skillet if desired.
