Festive no-bake Grinch Oreo truffles made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and green candy coating — topped with a red heart for the perfect holiday treat.

Ingredients

36 Oreo cookies (regular or mint)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12–16 oz green candy melts or white chocolate + green gel food coloring
Red heart sprinkles or red candies
Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil for thinning coating
Instructions
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
Add softened cream cheese and blend until a thick dough forms.
Scoop into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 20–30 minutes.
Melt candy melts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
Dip each chilled truffle into melted coating. Place on tray and top with a red heart.
Let set until firm. Store in fridge in an airtight container.
Notes
Use mint Oreos for a peppermint twist. Truffles can be frozen up to 2 months.
