This Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine is a fast and flavorful one-pan dinner made with garlicky herb butter, tender chicken, and silky linguine. Perfect for busy nights when you want big flavor fast.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice & zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: parmesan, Worcestershire, reserved pasta water

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine until al dente. Reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and cook chicken in a skillet until golden. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and stir in garlic, lemon juice/zest, mustard, paprika, and chili flakes.
  4. Add chicken back to the pan, then toss in pasta and parsley.
  5. Stir everything together, loosening with pasta water as needed. Serve hot with parmesan.

Notes

  • Add veggies or cream for extra richness.
  • Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
  • Store leftovers for 3 days; reheat gently.
