Creamy chicken Alfredo baked into buttery garlic bread bowls — cheesy, rich, and perfect for a comforting dinner that combines two favorites in one.

 

Ingredients

  • 4 crusty rolls or small bread boules
  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast or thigh, diced or shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice tops off rolls and hollow out centers.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic and brush inside rolls. Bake for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill each bread bowl with chicken Alfredo mixture. Top with extra cheese.
  6. Bake 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for speed
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for variety
  • Serve with salad or roasted veggies for balance
