Creamy Beef Pasta for Cozy Nights is a rich, one-pot dinner packed with ground beef, pasta, and a velvety tomato cream sauce. It’s perfect for weeknights or cold evenings when comfort food calls.

Ingredients

Scale

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2½ cups beef broth
8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic. Cook 3–4 minutes until soft.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and seasonings. Cook 1–2 minutes.
  4. Pour in beef broth and pasta. Stir and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in cream and cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  7. Simmer uncovered 2 more minutes if needed to thicken.
  8. Serve hot, topped with parsley if desired.

Notes

Adjust thickness with broth or water if needed. Use freshly grated cheese for the best melt and flavor.
