A comforting baked casserole made with chicken, biscuits, creamy sauce, and vegetables.

Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare baking dish and heat oven.
  2. Combine chicken, vegetables, cheese, and biscuit pieces.
  3. Mix soup, milk, and seasonings separately.
  4. Stir sauce into chicken mixture and transfer to dish.
  5. Bake until bubbly and biscuits are cooked through.
