These garlic butter chicken bites with creamy pasta are tender, flavorful, and fast. Inspired by Factor meals, this easy weeknight dinner is protein-packed, family-friendly, and comforting without being heavy.
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup low-fat milk or half & half
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Optional: lemon zest, spinach, parsley, red chili flakes
Cook pasta; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
Season and sear chicken in oil; add butter and garlic to finish. Set aside.
In same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic. Add broth and milk. Simmer.
Stir in Parmesan. Add pasta, toss to coat.
Return chicken to pan. Mix everything and serve hot with optional garnishes.
