This Creamy Lemon Feta Pasta blends tangy feta, zesty lemon, and olive oil for a light yet satisfying dish that’s ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for quick dinners or summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (fusilli, penne, or spaghetti)

  • 6 oz feta cheese (block, crumbled)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 garlic clove (optional)

  • ½ cup reserved pasta water

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh basil, parsley, or dill for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½–¾ cup pasta water.

  • In a bowl or processor, mix feta, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth.

  • Toss warm pasta with the whipped feta mixture. Add pasta water as needed to loosen.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with herbs. Serve warm or chilled.

Notes

  • Add spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra color and nutrients.
