A rich, creamy, one-pot pasta made with garlic butter, savory ground beef, and tender pasta in a parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for a quick comfort meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 46 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups dry short pasta (penne, rotini, etc.)
  • 2 ½ cups beef broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef in 1 tbsp butter until browned. Drain if needed.
  2. Add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in pasta, broth, and seasoning. Simmer covered for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream and parmesan. Cook on low until creamy.
  5. Adjust seasoning, garnish, and serve warm.
