Silky spaghetti coated in a rich garlic parmesan cream sauce. Comforting, simple, and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 46 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup reserved pasta water
  • Optional: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente; reserve ¾ cup pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat; stir in parmesan gradually until smooth.
  5. Toss in spaghetti and reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh parmesan for best texture.
  • Add grilled chicken, shrimp, or spinach for variation.
  • Store leftovers up to 3 days and reheat with added liquid.
