A quick, comforting pasta dish featuring spaghetti tossed in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce — ready in 20 minutes with just a few pantry ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: parsley, lemon zest, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Add cream and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in parmesan, pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add cooked pasta and toss. Use pasta water to adjust consistency.
  6. Serve hot with extra cheese and parsley.
