Ingredients

12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
½ cup heavy cream or plant-based cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley or basil
½–1 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions
Cook pasta until just al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
In a large pan, sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1 minute.
Stir in cream, feta, lemon zest, and juice. Simmer on low until creamy.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat, adding pasta water as needed.
Season with pepper, herbs, and extra feta. Serve warm.
Notes
For a vegan version, use dairy-free feta and oat cream.
Add spinach or roasted vegetables for more nutrition.
