This Creamy Spaghetti and Meatballs recipe features tender meatballs and a rich tomato-cream sauce tossed with spaghetti — perfect for quick comfort food.

Ingredients

  • Meatballs:
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • ½ cup breadcrumbs
    • 1 egg
    • ¼ cup parmesan
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp onion powder
    • Salt and pepper
  • Sauce:
    • 2 cups marinara or crushed tomatoes
    • ½ cup heavy cream
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • ¼ cup parmesan
    • Red pepper flakes (optional)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix all meatball ingredients and form 1-inch balls.
  2. Brown meatballs in olive oil. Set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic in butter, add marinara, cream, parmesan, and seasoning.
  4. Simmer sauce for 5 mins, return meatballs, and cook 10–12 mins more.
  5. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve pasta water.
  6. Toss spaghetti with sauce and meatballs. Garnish and serve.

Notes

  • Use turkey or veggie meatballs for variation.
  • Store leftovers up to 3 days.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
