Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
¼ cup parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper
Sauce:
2 cups marinara or crushed tomatoes
½ cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
¼ cup parmesan
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Mix all meatball ingredients and form 1-inch balls.
Brown meatballs in olive oil. Set aside.
Sauté garlic in butter, add marinara, cream, parmesan, and seasoning.
Simmer sauce for 5 mins, return meatballs, and cook 10–12 mins more.
Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve pasta water.
Toss spaghetti with sauce and meatballs. Garnish and serve.
