Creamy Tuscan Ravioli is a rich, comforting pasta dish made with cheese ravioli, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, garlic, and a velvety parmesan cream sauce—ready in 30 minutes for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 (9–10 oz) package cheese ravioli

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or oil from sun-dried tomatoes)

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • ¾ cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 23 cups fresh spinach

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • ¼ cup reserved pasta water

  • Optional: chopped parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water and drain.

  • In a skillet, heat oil. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 2–3 minutes.

  • Lower heat and add cream, parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.

  • Stir in spinach until wilted.

  • Add ravioli and pasta water. Toss to coat in sauce.

  • Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

  • Swap in chicken or sausage ravioli

  • Use coconut or cashew cream for dairy-free

  • Add mushrooms or protein for variety

  • Reheats well for 3 days
