Ingredients

Scale

4 large flour tortillas
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
Optional tortilla strips jalapeños or diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
  3. Warm tortillas and layer rice, beef, cheese sauce, and sour cream in the center.
  4. Fold sides inward and roll tightly into burritos.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese onto a heated skillet.
  6. Place burrito seam-side down onto melted cheese and cook until golden and crisp.
