Creamy, comforting Crockpot Angel Chicken Spaghetti made with tender chicken, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and pasta. A crowd-pleasing, no-fuss slow cooker dinner.

  • 1.52 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • Optional: parsley, Parmesan, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, soup, broth, butter, and seasoning to Crockpot. Cook LOW 5–6 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs.
  2. Add cream cheese in last hour. Stir gently to melt.
  3. Cook spaghetti and drain.
  4. Shred chicken, stir to combine. Add pasta and mix.
  5. Serve hot, garnished as desired.

Notes

Add sautéed vegetables or extra cheese if desired. Reheat with broth or milk for creamy leftovers.
