Crunchy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps

Crispy, golden chicken and mozzarella wraps made in the air fryer. Quick, cheesy, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 medium flour tortillas
2 tbsp buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or seasoning (optional)
Olive oil spray
Dipping sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, and optional sauce or seasoning.
  2. Spoon filling into each tortilla, roll tightly, and seal edges.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Spray wraps with oil and place seam-side down in basket.
  5. Air fry 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  6. Let cool 2 minutes and serve with dipping sauce

Notes

Don’t overfill wraps. Warm tortillas for easy rolling. Store leftovers in fridge or freeze uncooked wraps for later.
