3 medium cucumbers, diced
6 slices bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
1 cup buttery crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp, drain, and crumble.
  2. Dice cucumbers, season with salt and pepper, and place in a large bowl.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  4. Add cucumbers, cheese, and bacon; fold gently to coat.
  5. Fold in crushed crackers just before serving.
  6. Chill 15–20 minutes before serving.

Notes
