Dump & Go Crockpot Marry Me Chicken features tender chicken slowly cooked in a creamy garlic sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and herbs.
1½ pounds boneless chicken breasts or thighs
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1. Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes over the chicken.
3. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper on top.
4. Add butter pieces over the chicken.
5. Pour chicken broth around the chicken.
6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese during the final 30 minutes.
8. Shred or slice chicken if desired and stir gently into the sauce.
9. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly before serving.
10. Serve with pasta, rice, or bread.
