3 cups cooked rotini or egg noodles
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, soup, sour cream, and 1½ cups of cheese.
Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add frozen veggies or top with breadcrumbs for variety.
Substitute cream of mushroom or turkey for a twist.
