A creamy, cheesy Southern casserole made with just five ingredients — tender chicken, noodles, soup, sour cream, and cheese. Simple, cozy, and perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 3 cups cooked rotini or egg noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, soup, sour cream, and 1½ cups of cheese.
  3. Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
