1 box brownie mix (18–20 oz)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine brownie mix, butter, eggs, and vanilla to form dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
- Scoop dough into balls and place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges set and centers soft.
- Cool 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
Slightly underbake for extra fudginess. Optional: add nuts, caramel, or white chocolate.
