Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta combines tender, spicy chicken with a rich garlic-Parmesan cream sauce and perfectly cooked pasta. A bold, comforting dinner ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or linguine)

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced

  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Reserved pasta water (as needed)

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.

  • Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning. Sear in oil and butter until cooked. Remove.

  • In same skillet, sauté garlic and bell pepper for 2–3 min.

  • Add cream and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.

  • Return chicken and pasta. Toss to coat. Add pasta water if needed.

  • Top with parsley, red pepper flakes, and extra cheese.

Notes

  • Adjust spice based on Cajun blend.

  • Add spinach, mushrooms, or shrimp for variety.

  • Store leftovers in fridge for 2–3 days.
