Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta combines tender, spicy chicken with a rich garlic-Parmesan cream sauce and perfectly cooked pasta. A bold, comforting dinner ready in under 30 minutes.
8 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or linguine)
2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Reserved pasta water (as needed)
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning. Sear in oil and butter until cooked. Remove.
In same skillet, sauté garlic and bell pepper for 2–3 min.
Add cream and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
Return chicken and pasta. Toss to coat. Add pasta water if needed.
Top with parsley, red pepper flakes, and extra cheese.
Adjust spice based on Cajun blend.
Add spinach, mushrooms, or shrimp for variety.
Store leftovers in fridge for 2–3 days.
