Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: parsley, parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan or bowl, melt together cream cheese, soup, butter, broth, and seasoning mix. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Place chicken in greased slow cooker. Pour sauce over the top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2.5–3 hours, until chicken is tender.
  4. Shred or slice chicken and stir into sauce.
  5. Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.
  6. Garnish with parsley or parmesan if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers up to 4 days. Freeze sauce and chicken without pasta for best results.
