5 cups chopped broccoli florets
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine broccoli, carrots, onion, cranberries, and seeds in a bowl.
  3. Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make dressing.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and toss until evenly coated.
