8 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
¼–½ cup reserved pasta water
Optional: red chili flakes, parsley, lime zest
Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes.
