This quick and easy garlic butter pasta is a creamy, flavorful dinner made with simple ingredients like garlic, butter, and parmesan. Ready in under 20 minutes and perfect for weeknights or picky eaters.

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • ¼½ cup reserved pasta water

  • Optional: red chili flakes, parsley, lime zest

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.

  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes.

  • Add cooked pasta and ¼ cup pasta water. Toss well.

  • Stir in parmesan, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes or lime zest.

  • Toss until creamy and serve immediately.
