Ingredients

Scale

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
23 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a hot skillet. Sear steak in a single layer for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Lower heat, add butter to skillet. Once melted, stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  4. Return steak to pan and toss in garlic butter until warmed through.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ribeye or tenderloin for richer flavor. Add mushrooms or red pepper flakes for variations. Great for wraps, bowls, or meal prep.
