Flavor-Packed Bang Bang Fried Rice in Minutes

A creamy, spicy twist on fried rice featuring Bang Bang sauce, stir-fried vegetables, tender protein, and bold flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups cooked, cold rice
1 lb shrimp, chicken, or tofu
2 eggs
1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup peas or corn
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oil for cooking

Bang Bang Sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Cook protein in skillet until done. Remove.
  3. Scramble eggs in same skillet. Push to side.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry until heated and lightly crisped.
  6. Return protein to pan. Add Bang Bang sauce and mix.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Use day-old rice for best texture. Customize heat level by adjusting sriracha.
