8 ounces rotini pasta
2 medium cucumbers, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare vegetables and herbs.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Toss vegetables and herbs with pasta.
  5. Pour dressing over salad and mix gently until coated.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
