Juicy garlic butter chicken bites tossed with creamy Parmesan pasta—comforting, flavorful, and ready in under 30 minutes. A perfect family dinner or date-night favorite.
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup reserved pasta water
Optional: chopped parsley or basil for garnish
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter. Sear chicken bites until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and let thicken 3–5 minutes.
Return chicken and pasta to the pan. Toss to coat. Use pasta water to adjust consistency.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Add spinach or mushrooms for variation
Use half-and-half or milk for a lighter sauce
