This creamy garlic butter beef pasta is a rich and hearty one-pot dinner made with ground beef, tender pasta, and a luscious cream sauce. Quick, satisfying, and perfect for busy nights.
1 lb ground beef
12 oz pasta (penne, shells, or rotini)
3 cups beef broth
1 small onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp butter (divided)
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: parsley, red pepper flakes, shredded mozzarella
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Pour in beef broth and pasta. Stir and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cream and Parmesan. Cook 2–3 more minutes until thickened.
Melt 1 tbsp butter with 1 minced garlic clove and drizzle over pasta.
Garnish and serve warm.
