Creamy Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a quick and delicious dish made with tender chicken, sautéed garlic, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese, all tossed with your favorite pasta.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 46 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan
  • Reserved pasta water
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, parsley, lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente. Reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and sear chicken in oil + butter until golden; set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  4. Add cream; simmer to reduce slightly. Season to taste.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and cooked chicken.
  6. Add pasta and toss to coat, thinning sauce with pasta water if needed.
  7. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add sautéed veggies or spinach for a nutritional boost.
  • For extra richness, stir in cream cheese or a dash of lemon juice.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
