A quick and creamy garlic Parmesan spaghetti made with real cream, fresh garlic, and melted Parmesan. Rich, comforting, and ready in under 30 minutes—perfect for weeknights or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 5 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

  • ½ cup reserved pasta water

  • Optional: red pepper flakes, parsley, sautéed veggies

Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water. Drain.

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant (1–2 min).

  • Lower heat. Add cream and simmer 3–5 min, stirring.

  • Stir in Parmesan and seasoning. Melt until smooth.

  • Toss in cooked spaghetti. Add pasta water if needed.

  • Serve hot with extra cheese, herbs, or toppings.

Notes

  • Add spinach, mushrooms, or grilled chicken for a fuller meal.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days. Reheat gently with added liquid.
