A quick and creamy garlic Parmesan spaghetti made with real cream, fresh garlic, and melted Parmesan. Rich, comforting, and ready in under 30 minutes—perfect for weeknights or cozy dinners.
8 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
½ cup reserved pasta water
Optional: red pepper flakes, parsley, sautéed veggies
Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water. Drain.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant (1–2 min).
Lower heat. Add cream and simmer 3–5 min, stirring.
Stir in Parmesan and seasoning. Melt until smooth.
Toss in cooked spaghetti. Add pasta water if needed.
Serve hot with extra cheese, herbs, or toppings.
Add spinach, mushrooms, or grilled chicken for a fuller meal.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days. Reheat gently with added liquid.
