Crispy breaded chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, and crunchy romaine come together in this bold, satisfying sandwich—ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breasts (sliced into 4 cutlets)
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup Caesar dressing
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
4 burger buns or rolls
Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Slice and pound chicken to even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  3. Fry in ½ inch oil over medium-high heat, 3–4 minutes per side. Drain.
  4. Toast buns lightly.
  5. Spread Caesar dressing on buns. Add chicken, romaine, and more Parmesan.
  6. Close sandwich, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Bake or air-fry for a lighter version. Add bacon or tomato for extra flavor. Use tamari for gluten-free breading.
