A cheesy, crispy, flavor-loaded grilled cheese burrito filled with seasoned beef, rice, nacho cheese, and chipotle sauce. Your favorite fast-food burrito, made easy at home.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
23 tbsp taco seasoning
1 cup cooked rice
½ cup nacho cheese sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup chipotle mayo sauce
4 large flour tortillas
1 tbsp oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet, drain, and add taco seasoning with water. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  2. Season rice with lime juice and salt.
  3. Mix chipotle mayo: combine mayo, minced chipotle, lime juice, and garlic powder.
  4. Warm tortillas.
  5. Layer rice, beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Roll tightly into burritos.
  6. Heat skillet with oil or butter. Sprinkle cheese directly on skillet and press burrito on top. Grill 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Customize with beans, veggies, or extra sauce. Freeze before grilling for later meals.
