Savory, spicy-sweet Bang Bang Ground Turkey Rice Bowls come together in just 30 minutes — loaded with tender turkey, fluffy rice, fresh veggies, and a creamy homemade Bang Bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced (white and green parts separated)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil (avocado or canola)
  • 2 cups cooked white rice (jasmine or basmati)

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Purple cabbage
  • Avocado
  • Sesame seeds
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions. Keep warm.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together all Bang Bang sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, white part of green onions, and ground turkey.
  4. Cook turkey for 6–8 minutes until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and optional red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  6. Assemble bowls: rice, turkey, veggies, and generous drizzle of Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and lime.

Notes

  • Use cauliflower rice for a low-carb version.
  • Sauce can be made up to 3 days ahead.
  • Add extra veggies or roasted peanuts for crunch.
