1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, sliced (white and green parts separated)
2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp oil (avocado or canola)
2 cups cooked white rice (jasmine or basmati)
Bang Bang Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1–2 tsp Sriracha
1 tsp honey (optional)
Optional Toppings:
Shredded carrots
Sliced cucumber
Purple cabbage
Avocado
Sesame seeds
Lime wedges
Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions. Keep warm.
In a bowl, whisk together all Bang Bang sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, white part of green onions, and ground turkey.
Cook turkey for 6–8 minutes until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and optional red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Assemble bowls: rice, turkey, veggies, and generous drizzle of Bang Bang sauce.
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and lime.
