A crisp broccoli salad with apples, cranberries, seeds, and creamy tangy dressing.

Ingredients

5 cups chopped broccoli florets
1 large apple, diced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice the apple and toss with a little lemon juice if desired.
  3. Combine broccoli, apple, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and onion in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
