A light and refreshing cucumber Caprese salad featuring crisp cucumber, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Salt, to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Optional: cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

1. Slice cucumbers thinly and arrange on a platter.
2. Add mozzarella and optional cherry tomatoes.
3. Scatter fresh basil over the top.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use English cucumbers for milder flavor. Add burrata or toasted nuts for variation. Drizzle dressing just before serving.
