Crispy, flavorful Grain Free Chicken Taquitos made with shredded chicken and wrapped in almond or cassava flour tortillas. High in protein, gluten-free, and oven- or air fryer-friendly.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
2 tbsp cream cheese or dairy-free option (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
68 grain-free tortillas
Avocado oil spray
Optional toppings: salsa, guacamole, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, cream cheese, and seasonings.
  3. Warm tortillas until pliable.
  4. Fill and roll each with 2–3 tbsp filling.
  5. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Spray with oil.
  6. Bake 15–18 min (flip halfway) or air fry 8–10 min until crispy.
  7. Serve hot with toppings.

Notes

Use dairy-free alternatives if needed.
Freeze before baking for meal prep.
Don’t overfill or the tortillas may crack.
