A low-carb broccoli salad with bacon, cheese, and creamy sugar-free dressing.

Ingredients

5 cups chopped broccoli florets
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup sunflower seeds or pecans
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add bacon, cheese, onion, and sunflower seeds.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss until coated.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
