Homemade Air Fryer Pizza Rolls in Minutes

Crispy, cheesy homemade pizza rolls cooked in the air fryer. Quick to assemble and perfect for snacking, parties, or easy appetizers.

Ingredients

8 egg roll wrappers
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara (thick)
¼ cup chopped pepperoni or other cooked toppings
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Olive oil spray
Dipping sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cheese, sauce, pepperoni, and seasoning.
  2. Lay one wrapper on a flat surface. Add 1–2 tbsp filling in the center.
  3. Fold bottom over, tuck sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  5. Spray basket and place rolls seam-side down. Lightly spray tops.
  6. Air fry 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool 2–3 minutes and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

Avoid overfilling. Use thick sauce. Freeze before or after cooking. Add veggies or alternative fillings to suit your taste.
